Liveaboard Cruise Director — Red Sea

About the role
Red Sea liveaboard operator running Northern Wrecks & Reefs and Brothers / Daedalus itineraries is hiring a Cruise Director for the upcoming season. You will lead a small team of guides and instructors and own the guest experience end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Run the daily schedule, briefings and dive plans
- Lead a team of 3–4 guides + instructors
- Own guest experience from boarding to departure
- Liaise with the captain on routing + weather contingencies
Requirements
- PADI MSDT or equivalent + cruise-director experience
- Minimum 1,000 logged dives, ideally with Red Sea exposure
- Fluent English; German, Italian or Russian highly valued
- Valid first-aid + O2 provider
