About the role
Marine conservation NGO running reef monitoring and restoration programmes in the Verde Island Passage is hiring a Conservation Coordinator. You will run our daily fieldwork programme, train volunteers, and support data collection for our regional reef-health study.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily reef-survey dives
- Train short-stay volunteers in survey methodology
- Maintain coral nursery + restoration sites
- Contribute to monthly data reporting
Requirements
- SSI Divemaster (or equivalent)
- 200+ logged dives, ideally with reef-survey exposure
- Comfortable working with mixed-experience volunteers
- Strong English; Tagalog a plus
